Step 1 · The session
One hour, your whole business on the table.
A 1:1 video call. Where the business is now, what you're trying to get to, how the work actually gets done and where it keeps getting stuck. I ask the questions; you talk me through a normal week. By the end we both know where the capacity is hiding.
Step 2 · The plan
Your AI enablement plan, in your inbox.
Within 3 working days you get a written plan for your business — not a list of tools. What AI should take, what stays human, whether you need an agent, a workflow, an automation or a simpler fix, and what to do first.
Step 3 · The implementation
You implement — or we do.
Every step is written so a non-techie can follow it. Do it yourself, do it with me beside you (INNOV8), or hand it over and have it built for you (INCUB8). The plan stands on its own either way.
