I spent years climbing the corporate ladder, starting as an admin assistant and eventually becoming a Chief Operating Officer. Despite my success, I was reminded of the harsh reality of corporate life when I was suddenly made redundant, losing everything I had worked for. This pivotal moment made me realize that the so-called security of a 9-to-5 job was just as precarious as entrepreneurship, but with one key difference: as an entrepreneur, you control your destiny. This realization led me to create Incuv8or, a platform designed to make the leap into entrepreneurship less intimidating and more accessible, particularly for those who feel overwhelmed by the journey.
With over 17 years of corporate experience, including more than 5 years in senior operations and marketing roles, I’ve gained deep insights into what it takes to build and scale successful businesses. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Law, and I am currently pursuing a Global MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship at the University of London. My experience in global leadership, stakeholder relations, and technology integration has equipped me to guide others on their entrepreneurial journey, combining practical expertise with innovative strategies.
